Program Description:
Our program is designed to recognize each child’s abilities and build upon. We will enhance play which is an important role in child development. Children learn through play. Our program will be based on daily routine where children have free play time, child-initiated activities as well as teacher-initiated activities such as circle time, story time, projects, learning curriculums, etc. The curriculum will consist of preparedness for school such as recognizing letters, numbers, colors, shapes, animal group, food group, and etc. Children will be guided and asked questions throughout the day to help with cognitive and critical thinking and to create future problem solvers. There will be music and movement along with arts and crafts to enhance children’s knowledge and creativity. Children will not be rushed when transitioning from one activity to the next, instead we will use techniques to have smooth transitions as we go along with the daily schedule and end the day enjoyably.
We have dedicated, creative, multilingual staff with excellent academic credentials. Our experienced teachers will have on-going training and resources to create a unique learning experience for your child. Our program is delivered through a bilingual curriculum. We speak English, Armenian and Russian.
